Life Now in a Few Words

I live in a 2x2 first floor apartment, and while the kitchen isn't the biggest by any stretch of the imagination, it does the job.

You'll also notice the iPad sitting atop my range hood. It's the perfect place for it, out of the way of danger, and within easy reach for tweeting or reading a recipe.

With mustard cream sauce

9月29日は牛肉の日だそうで、久しぶりに牛肉食べました。

タリアータにしてワンパターンだけど・・。

ソースはバルサミコ酢、赤ワイン、鎌田醤油、はちみつで煮詰めて少しバターを入れる、なかなか美味しい。
