With wild rice, brown rice, potatoes, little round pasta (can't remember the name off hand) & of course lots of veggies (onions, celery, carrots, cauliflower & broccoli).
Homecooked brunch, while still in pajamas, in New York is still the best brunch in town, in my opinion.
I love this recipe from The Farm Vegetarian Cookbook; esp. because it doesn't require any exotic ingredients. I could make these at any house in the country w/o a trip to the store!
he made us dinner for hosting! breaded pork cutlet, garlic mashed potatoes, edamame/tofu noodle salad, bruschetta. so good!!
Rocket (arugula), mushrooms, peppers, onions, turnips, green beans, garlic and more from our garden. Very tasty!
pomegranate + müesli with nuts and raisins + purple cabbage + mini oranges + cherry tomatoes + balsamico dressing
I tried making some crepes, with so-so success. Also some sausage link things and overcooked hash browns.
