I tider av Coronapandemin så blir det till att vara hemma. Vad passar inte bättre då än att laga lite god mat och fylla frysen med godsaker.

I made udon for the 1st time. I didn't have that much ingredients on hand, so the egg variation was the easiest to make. But I had a really hard time eating it because the egg wasn't cooked enough for my tastes. I thought the soup was hot enough to cook the egg when I mixed it. The thought of eating a mostly raw egg didn't sit well with my stomach.

saturday morning breakfast at home :)

Canon AE-1P on Ilford HP5+, developed in Caffenol CL semistand

• Momofuku brand packaged noodles (also known, to me, as “fancy ramen”)

• wild-caught Gulf shrimp, boiled

• leftover crawfish boil corn from the cob

• homemade chili-garlic sauce made by Blythe, girlfriend of my good friend, Dave

After work on a Friday, isn't it nice to come home to find someone cooking a meal and looking forward to sharing it with you?

Low carb fried cauliflower rice with chicken, eggs, bell pepper and onion. Keto friendly and yummy!

Made this stilton tart with the aid of Frozen Flacky pastry which i defrosted and then made the edging round the side. Mostly bake cakes but really pleased with the results of this. Recipe was in this months waitrose magazine

Baked on Sunday for a Monday dinner party. I must say, it is delicious!

with lemon-honey dressing and creamy Tahini

homemade sauce with garden peppers and corn tortillas.

My wife have made some pickled red onions today for some burgers. Just love the colours, and tasty too ....
