I finally perfected my own blueberry muffin recipe...I make them with sour cream (reduced fat--or you can substitue yogurt), oatmeal, part whole wheat flour and some lemon zest...
Just followed the directions on the package. Tasted a bit salty on the first day but the flavors melded after sitting overnight. Not sure how they treated the squid (came frozen, raw) but it remained tender even after cooking.
