I know it's usually a savory dish, but this was my first time making them and I didn't have any gravy on hand, so I went sweet instead.
Pork chops/gravy with crisscross potatoes, rolls, and your choice of a green veggie. Takes only a few minutes to put everything together and 45 minutes later you're ready for lunch. Why 45 minutes? You've got to give those yummy buttery potatoes time to bake.
