Frittata with Quebec semi-hard cheese & chanterelles, backyard basil &
hand rolled breakfast sausage.
Spring means time for annual stuffed grape leaves. I picked the leaves and blanched them, and prepped the filling yesterday, so I just had to roll them up and simmer them today. Lemony dill goodness!
