やっぱり茹でるより蒸した方が美味しいと思う。

しっとりと出来上がったけど、ホロリとお箸でほぐれるほどでもない

昨日に引き続きそら豆。

まだたくさんあるので・・かなり柔らかめに茹でて塩、こしょう、オリーブオイル。

パルミジャーノチーズはたっぷり!

下の黄色いのは卵を茹で刻んでマヨネーズで和えたもの。

美味しい!

Cheesy Polenta with Poached Eggs and Sauteed Asparagus

Just followed the directions on the package. Tasted a bit salty on the first day but the flavors melded after sitting overnight. Not sure how they treated the squid (came frozen, raw) but it remained tender even after cooking.

For Mom and James. I think they enjoyed it.

My birthday dinner at Bill and Leo's

粉砂糖がなかったので、グラニュー糖をミキサーで砕いてアイシングしましたが失敗でした。

白く固まって欲しかったなーw

Double layer foil. Place straw and shiitake mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil. 1 Tbsp butter. Sprinkle with salt, then fold up foil into an envelope. Place in oven at 375 for 20-30 mins. Carefully cut foil open and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Ow ow ow.

Pretzels, melted chocolate chips, peanutbutter.
