Flowers in my window box slowly making their way into spring, with the yellow from forsythia in the background.
A nice creamy bokeh effect produced my 1954 Leitz Summicron 50mm f2 @f2 on a Lumix G3 micro 4/3 body. That lens is pretty awesome, even at age 64.

Sneem, a village on the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry, southwest of Ireland on the estuary of the River Sneem. National route N70 runs through the town.
I was walking into the restaurant when I saw this flower box and the warm light from the sun going down peaking in toward the end of the walk way. Thought it was interesting.

I´m sorry, but I need some more days off, dear Flickr friends ...
Fribourg, nestled on a rock promontory, is surrounded on three sides by the Sarine river. It is one of the largest medieval towns in Switzerland. Over 200 unique Gothic facades from the 15th century impart incomparable medieval charm to the Old Town.
Photo taken while cycling from Dinant to Huy ... tiny hamlet. Possibly Thuynes. Not sure. Flowers are *everywhere* in Belgium. I suspect that they bloom so well because of the frequent rain. Not sure why they bother with forecasters in Belgium. They have thousands of different ways to say "there's some chance of rain today".
found a photo..felt like textures...miss the fresh flowers

I took this image of the jumping spider on my balcony.
For the lightning I used a self-made flash diffusor on top of my camera and the 100mm macro lens with a 68mm extension tube.

Happy days at Cat Hill Farm!
It's finally warm enough to open up the window on the south side of the house,
It's a very popular spot for the cats.
They love to step out into the flowerbox and lay in the warm dirt. It's also a wonderful spot to watch the little house sparrows coming and going from their nests in the ivy above on the wall of the house.

Just have to post another photo of Hepatica anemone. (Hepatica Nobilis)
Part of the hill nearby is covered by these wonderful springflowers.
Remember they are rare and NOT allowed to pick! (Do you think ppl care about that)?
The white anemone, vitsippa in Swedish, I saw yesterday but still too small to take a photo of.
I know about grass and stuff around the flowers in this picture but I dont care. This is the way you see them grow wild in the nature.
