Okay so I was watering my flower box and I realized that the drops in this opening marigold look exactly like the little water-droplet-blade-of-grass telescopes the ants make in Bugs Life. Think about ittt.

(Big if you'd like for ease of viewing, as recommended.)

The outdoor flower boxes at Hotel Bethlehem have these attractive decorative grasses.

i took this tonight. it's still only a rough edit, which i hesitated to post, but i'm curious to know your thoughts. especially if you have any substantive feedback of the shot itself -- not the small technical details, as this hasn't been edited aside from the crop, and not how i look or why i'm not smiling.. thanks. it's part of my sleepwalking series.

The storefronts at the Piazza Navona in Rome, Italy, are so colorful. I caught this wonderful scene during our recent trip to Italy.

Everywhere I went while in Alsace, I was surprised by the beauty that surrounded me... no wonder the "Alsaciens" are so proud of their part of the world.

I've been thinking the same about photography recently. Photography doesn't have to leave you guessing, but I like it that way.

So this is the falcon who thought it would be a great idea to breed in my flower-box infront of the window of my sleeping room.

In fact there are two birds, male and female, who care about my flowers now.

She laid four eggs within the last ten days. Wonder if there are more to come :D

Will keep you updated!
