Last of the line and it looks like GM doesn't plan to revive it. Big engine, LT1 Drive Train, 6 speed manual and gets 22 mpg in town. Believe it or not. I can hear it coming from blocks away.

This shot was part of my reel from last Monday taken while we were finishing our golf round at San Tan Highlands. Next week I’ll have to take Nikon along and get these awesome cacti 🌵 as the sun starts to dip below San Tan Mountain.

Kirsty and I had no road bikes and a forty mile ride ahead of us. So I slicked up the Turners and off we went.
The combination of slick tyres and upright riding position turns the bikes into human powered Suzuki Bandits. The angle of lean you can get is quite something.
Had a slight accident last Friday night - for once, actually involving another vehicle. I was turning left into a side road, and the other chap came up on the inside. We think he was probably a bit fast, but also the initial road deceptively widened, so possibly my position on it was ambiguous. Still, this is exactly why I'm so strict about not overtaking on the inside of other vehicles...
What should be damage to one wing, on this car covers bonnet, door, bumper surround and a small wing section - which has the look of being a tad expensive...
Update - 30 Aug - yes, it's taken this long for the insurer's engineer to even see the car! - the repairs are something shy of £1700 and the reckoned value is £2750, so it's been declared a Cat-D total loss. Bah. And Humbug.
#145 speeds west on the Wabash at Alexander, IL with 33 Birminghams in tow. The train hearkens back to the halcyon days of the N&W's Fast Ford Forwarder.
