The storm began as a small cell moving off Lake Huron towards Goderich. It intensified and started showing signs of rotation near Mildmay, and continued onward towards Collingwood, where a hook echo formed on radar. The supercell crossed Georgian Bay before weakening near Midland. It was a fast-paced storm.

In my ongoing effort to eat fewer grains, I've been eating differently...which stands to reason considering the fact that my meals used to be built around grains. Debbie suggested making mini quiches, because one of my complaints had been that I didn't often have time and grains were quick. Turns out these quiches are delicious and quick....once they're made, just pop them in the freezer and microwave when you're hungry. Breakfast or lunch is ready in minutes. Oh yeah, and these mini quiches have no crust and are just 100 calories each!
