[ENG] The Jardins de Metis, also known as Reford Gardens, they are a few gardens of English style placed in Grand-Métis, Québec, Canada. They were opened for the public in 1962, in 1995 they were declared as Historical National Place and in 2013 as Patrimonial Site, and they are recognized internationally as an exceptional work of art of gardening. They are the fruit of the work of the passionate one, Elsie Reford, that between 1926 and 1958 transformed his fishing camp into a private paradise. Approximately 3.000 species and varieties of plants are distributed in approximately fifteen gardens. Works of contemporary art sow the route and they join with harmony the historical gardens. Every year celebrates the "International Garden Festival" in that they show contemporary gardens created by architects, landscape painters and artists of international reputation.

Fish is an experimental physical theatre performance that explores notions of freedom.
Inspired by stories of fish, and taking cues from Asian dance, 70s hippie culture, and postmodern performance, the performance is an exploration in text and movement.
This original work was devised by a diverse group of artists who will also be performing the piece: Eng Kai Er (dance), Lim Jun Jie Jey (acting), Vincent Chia (acting), and Alvin Koh(singing). Fish was also influenced by physical and dance theatre groups such as DV8 Physical Theatre and Pina Bausch’s Tanzteater.
This multi-disciplinary, non-linear, experimental performance invites the audience to contemplate ideas of freedom.
This production is presented by The Substation’s Directors’ Lab.
[ENG] A refined fly tying technique and the use of the best materials, make his flies, as these nymphs, turn indispensable to fish in complicated conditions.
Parachutes are included in the Mikel´s collection, many of them are special orders for specific rivers and situations.
Investigation in materials: new brights, textures, colors and shades are an obsession for
Mikel that creates exclusive and very effective models. He also ties “à la carte”, advising
for materials and weights.
Nowadays his best clients are competitors who look for, first
of all, the efficiency of his flies. His models are not characterized by the realism since
