Cooking Class for Adventurous Foodies, July 2016

The plate was makaroonilaatikko with a piece of steak with a grape sauce and oyster mushrooms. It was awesome.

Took a cooking class in Chaing Mai - it was great! The people owned a restaurant, so we got to select 6 or 7 things from the menu we would each prepare (we all got our own choices). She took is to the market to buy our things, and then back for a lot of cooking and eating!
