Wed I prepared a sepcial cooking lesson at Seibu Elementary for my 5/6 grade. We made "cinnamon snails." Kids loved 'em, but all the adults thought they were "too sweet"
Experimenting, both in cooking and photography. Both activities took place in the kitchen (luckily), and I even have a final product to show.
Chris and I take a soba noodle cooking class offered by our host, Yasuhiro Kaji at Ars Locus, a community centre near our guest house.
