It's pretty soft right when it comes out of the bowl. Of course, all cookies and cream ice creams are pretty soft. (It was wonderful the next day after some time in the freezer.)
Spaghetti bolognaise, garlic bread slices and a huge green salad. I'm no master chef but the simple things, I can do well! ♡

Cookie de Chocolate
Ingredientes
1 xícara de manteiga derretida
2 xícaras de açúcar
2 ovos
1 colher (sopa) essência de baunilha
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 colher (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio
2 colheres (chá) de água quente
½ colher (chá) de sal
2 xícaras de chocolate meio amargo picado
1 xícara de nozes picadas
Modo de Preparo
Pré-aqueça o forno a 175ºC.
Bater em creme a manteiga e o açúcar. Adicionar os ovos e a baunilha e bater novamente.
Dissolver o bicarbonato de sódio na água quente e adicionar à mistura, juntamente com o sal.
Adicionar a farinha, o chocolate e as nozes. Misturar delicadamente.
Colocar a massa em colheradas , em forma untada, deixando espaço entre as colheres.
Leve ao forno por 10 minutos ou até que os cookies estejam dourados.
