Most cowboys just had a bedroll (white rolled bundles in front of the teepee) under the stars with their saddle for a pillow, but the cook had a teepee to sleep in. all the displays had to had a cowboy teepee set up on each site. The white bundles are bed rolls, canvass outer layer with a couple of blankets inside. These were usually carried on the chuck wagon.

On the other side, 2 person are doing some cooking and another 2 curious on-lookers glancing at it. Maybe the aroma smells fabulous! Wahahaha!

Actually kind of delicious, except that he hadn't properly cleaned part of the snake so everyonce in a while you'd bite into a piece of spinal column, and well, that's kinda nasty.

Still full of cold, hence the fleece in the house ! Looking rough, feeling rough, but still need to eat !
