This is the cooking class in Kuala Lumpur that we will visit, during our last experience.

For those evenings where there are more vegetables about to go bad, this is the perfect, light dinner solution. Add some ground turkey and my secret maple syrup to a need of thin rice noodles and you get close to perfection.

I have to admit that I'm just bursting with pride over my lumpy baby. What a different dough this is than pizza or pita, which I've made recently. It's softer and nearly grew out of it's rising bowl. Double? Try triple! Like an insane woman, I decided it MUST have a 6-strand braid, which I lacked good instruction on so let's just say that the end result is 6-strand-braid-like, or close enough.

 

Next time: a little more honey, slightly less baking time, more egg wash.

 

And don't even get me started on the smell in here.
