Blackburn to support socially isolated people to
learn how to create healthy meals and meet new
friends.

My first time making hummus from scratch - soaking the dried chickpeas on Friday night, cooking them up on Saturday, and then whizzing up the completed hummus (adding tahini, lemon juice and garlic, basically). Sprinkled with paprika, parsley and a bit of olive oil - delish.
When she isn't working at her civilian job Ingrid Alvarez enjoyed cooking, reading and outdoor activities. She likes the outdoors so much she doesn’t even own a TV. She said the reason she joined the AR is because she realized she needed more direction. She said she now has focus, disciple and purpose and gets to do things and go places her neighbors could only think about.

Eco-Chick Tip - cooking with the kids will set them up for life. It's no good them getting to 18 and not being able to knock up an omelette... Start with yummy stuff like making chocolate fudge and reminisce in the simply joy of scooping out the bowl....
It must be irritating trying to cook with someone firing about your cooker armed with a 50mm, sorry dad!
Good Lord, how does one fuck up cooking eggs in an egg cooker? By forgetting to put a little water in the container before you put it in the microwave she learns.
The good thing about this is when I got up on the stool to assess 'the damage', I realized how filthy our microwave was, so it got a proper scrub.
And then I walked down to the corner cafe and got a bagel sandwich.
