Took a Thai cooking class via WEA. Although the class instruction disapointing, the recipes were very nice and was fun to talk to other foodies.

Eco-Chick Tip - cooking with the kids will set them up for life. It's no good them getting to 18 and not being able to knock up an omelette... Start with yummy stuff like making chocolate fudge and reminisce in the simply joy of scooping out the bowl....

This is regional cooking from Tamil Nadu. It tasted wonderful. There is Beetroot mixed with other vegetables. Poori and some hot food made with potato.
I recently got interested in sprouting again, and decided to try bag sprouting. Sure enough, that has to be one of the easiest sprouting methods out there! I made this bag out of some cotton fabric - super easy.
