Shipping Container Coffee Shops-
Gusto Di Vita Coffee announced they are now offering their famous Coffee kiosk using recycled shipping containers.
The coffee kiosk looks the same as before but is now much stronger and easier to transport to U.S. or global locations. Yep, they're constructed using the standard 8'x20' shipping container, but as you see their design looks great.

A container train on its way from Mildura to shipside in Melbourne loaded with dried fruits. Country scene photo from the Melbourne Harbour Trust Collection VPRS 8357 P1 Unit 4 Item 3-007

In this container fireworks for the Swiss national holiday is kept safe. But the container is standing in the blazing sun at an air temperature of 28°C (82°F). By hand it felt pretty hot to the touch. So I wondered how hot it must be, that the stuff explodes by itself. St. Margrethen, Switzerland, July 28, 2014.

Shipping containers have a great impact on our daily lives, but what do you really know about them?
There are currently over 17 million shipping containers in the world. In total, they make around 200 million trips a year.
As of 2010, Shanghai China was the busiest container port in the world. 29,069,000 containers passed through the port annually. That converts to an astounding 3,318 hourly!
Los Angeles processes 6,500,000 annually, ranking #1 in the United States.
It's estimated that there are 10,000 shipping containers lost at sea every year. That's almost one container every hour!
