Just a shot of the two together for comparison. I really wish 1x1 tiles came in dark tan, I could have made the first floor facade a bit more accurate. Also, telescopes in white would have been perfect for the belfry.

type 01 told me that the new Disney Princess sit with wide spread legs, not so princess like, LOL, He was right! I made this comaprison for him :D
Gothel (on the left) has the old princess kind of body with bendable legs, Ariel (on the right) has the new body with jointed knees. :D

I took one photo on the 10th of March and one two days ago, the 14th of April. Illumination decreased over 10%.
here is a comparison of head sizes for Lostfromreality :D I decided to compare her with a Fashionista sassy wave 2 doll :3 as you can see the GG fairy has a MUCH smaller head :P oh fuck. I just realised you wanted me to compare her with another gg doll >__<
I grabbed some M2M dolls that I had on hand to do a quick comparison with them. Even the "coffee" colored toddler body is very light compared to the adults. It doesn't really match any of them though. It is more of a light chalky brown.
I fall into the trap of comparison when exercising. If there is anyone else on the trails, I try to hide or I stop and pretend I am studying botany, not working on my fitness. If I can't climb the hill as fast, I feel like a loser.

wow this figure is WAY better than the other one from supermc toys: the body is very well done, there are a TON of accessories, and the faces look more like the animation. i don't regret getting both figs, but the YR one is going to be the actual teenage Miles with the other teenage dolls.
NOTE: the cocky smile face doesn't come together with the worried face. i had to get the happy face parted out from the battle suit fig.
i still like the larger one, with his worried expression and his soft hair... not sure if he will be a grown-up Miles, or might become someone else.
NOTE: the body you see in my pics with the supermc head is not the supermc body. not sure of the brand but i did already swap him to a slimmer body when i first got him. (the supermc body went to T'challa)
Here’s some comparison photos of the new Curvy MTM body next to some other dolls. She’s shorter than the Collectors Curvy body and is closer to the Fashionista Curvy but her limbs are slightly thicker.
She has almost the same poseability as an Original MTM body but due to her thicker body type it ALMOST does the same things anyway. Her ankles are as floppy as original MTM so bleh.
Surprisingly her wrists are compatible with Original MTM, which means it’s compatible with older jointed Barbie dolls with vinyl arms AND DC Super Hero Girl hands.
Her ankles though are completely different so if you were hoping to give her smaller feet you’ll need to mod the doll a lot.
Her skin tone is ALMOST Tropic Tan/Nikki but it’s slightly too pink and light. Still darker than other Caucasian skin tones though.

My monobath negatives at the moment are dense and also fogged,they do not clear very well, but I like the look of them and this negative looked very beautiful and rich in tonality, Very little of that came back in the scan. So I did some different things for comparison and tried to put them together in a comparable way.
I like the look of nr 2 , but I think the contactprint does the most right to the negative.
nr 4 is slightly different of course but the negatives this way clear nicely. This is a particularly thin one but scans good, different character. I did not get a decent contactprint of it, probably due to my limited darkroom skills.

Now that I've fully deboxed both the LE 2500 and the Harrods LE 100 Frozen Elsa 17'' Dolls by the Disney Store, here they are in a side by side comparison. Following is a feature by feature comparative review of the two dolls, followed by purchase details.
Comparative Review of Elsa LE 2500 vs LE 100 17'' Dolls
Outfits: LE 2500 Elsa is wearing her Snow Queen outfit, that is similar in design to that of the Harrods LE 100 Elsa doll, but is less detailed and less full. The light blue green satin inner dress is very similar in both dolls, but the Harrods doll has a few more round crystals just below the bodice, and it is longer and wider at the bottom. The front of the bodice is covered in rectangular crystals representing icicles. The skirt has a slit in the front for the legs and has a diminishing density of round clear rhinestones closer to the hemline. The skirt has a dark blue satin lining. The attached over-sized cape (or gown overlay) is made of double layered organza, with dark blue embroidery and jewels. It is shorter, narrower and much less detailed than the Harrods cape. In particular, the icicle and snowflake embroidered patterns with the accompanying jewels are only near the edges of the cape, and there are no jewels in the area between the icicles and the snowflakes. Instead, there is a covering of clear hexagonal glitter. Fortunately, the glitter is glued very securely to the cape is sheds very little. There are also fewer blue jewels in her sheer long sleeves than on the Harrods doll. Her high heeled blue shoes are same snowflake design as the Harrods, except that the color is a plainer blue, without the iridescence or silver paint making it look metallic.
Face: My LE 2500 Elsa has a beautiful angular face with an elfin appearance. She as large blue eyes, small pointy nose, thin deep red lips in a slight closed mouth smile, and rouge on upper cheeks. She has a few freckles on her upper cheeks, in an identical pattern to the Harrods Elsa. Her skin is a very pale purplish pink, that is smooth and dull in appearance. She is slightly paler than the Harrods doll, who has shiny pearly textured skin. The Harrods Elsa also has considerably darker rouge on her cheeks, and her ears are reddened as well, representing her exposure to cold weather.
Hair: My LE 2500 Elsa doll has the same hairdo as the Harrods Elsa. Her light blonde hair is formed into a long braided ponytail. There are long curvy bangs that are combed back and heavily gelled to form a sort of crown over her head. There is a solitary curly bang on the left side of her head. She long curving rooted eyelashes, that are not as curvy or well formed as the Harrods Elsa (or the LE 2500 Anna), but that is just a factory variance. There are two snowflake jeweled ornaments that are sewn to her braid. The Harrods Elsa has a third snowflake of the same design on the side of her head.
Body: The LE 2500 Elsa has fixed angled feet, same as the Harrods, so she looks elegant in her high heels. Other than that, she has the same articulation as the most current Disney Store 17'' Limited Edition Princess dolls. She has ball jointed neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists and hips. Her knees are external hinge joints. She can free stand with the help of her gown, but only with great difficultly, and is very unstable in that pose, the same as with the Harrods doll. She also has an upper torso joint of limited movement side to side and back to front.
Both Elsas are very beautiful dolls, with their unique and exotic faces and hairdos and commanding presence. She has a dramatic outfit that fits her role as the Snow Queen. She is also very movie accurate. The LE 2500 is one of the better LE dolls that Disney Store has produced, and is well worth her price. The Harrods doll has many enhancements (and other differences) from the LE 2500 doll, in her face and skin, her gown, her accessories and her shoes. But those are clearly don't justify four times the cost of the LE 2500 doll, rather it is due to the exclusivity of the release.

The Harrods Special Edition of the Disney Store's Limited Edition Anna and Elsa Doll Set.
Released by the Harrods department store in London, England on November 1, 2013, in an edition of 100. The retail cost of £500 (about $800 US) is more than four times that of the pair of separately sold LE 2500 Anna and Elsa dolls.
My set is #39 of 100, and I received it on November 11, 2013.

Since I have these tinies from different companies, I think it's a good idea to see how different they are from each other.

I've been playing with Barbie dolls for 26 years, so I've had pretty much every body Mattel has released from 1993 onward. Over the years I have noticed slight variations in the dolls' heights, so I decided to do some measuring over the weekend.
These comparisons are based off the dolls I currently have. So I was not able to measure the flat footed articulated TNT dolls, the shorter Fashion Fever dolls, or any other IT female dolls other than DG.
FYI As far as I can tell, all dolls that use the standard Belly Button body are the same height, including articulated Fashionistas.
A size comparison between the Disney Store's Ursula doll, Mattel Great Villains Ursula doll, Disney Store Classic Ariel doll, and Disney Store Uraula plush toy. The plush is definitely better scaled than the other two in comparison with the 12" dolls. The Uraula by Disney Store is better sized for the mini dolls. The Mattel Ursula is just kind of awkwardly sized.
