British Rail Class 43 High Speed Train (HST) Diesel Power Car 43336 as operated by Cross Country Trains heads northbound at Chesterfield Station on the Midland Main Line in Derbyshire (UK).
Introduced into service from 1976 as Class 253 on the Western Region and 1978 for the Class 254 on the Eastern Region, the HST's were initially marketed as the InterCity 125.

A full house of class 313s in the three road cattle shed at Kings Cross on the afternoon of 11 September 2010. Class 313s work FCC inner suburban services into and out of Kings Cross at weekends but it is unusual to see three pairs together in platforms 9-11. On this occasion all "inners" were pairs because Arsenal were playing at home, plus a few cancellations resulted in some sets laying over at Kings Cross between duties.
