Queen "Kannamma" 80 years old...!!
She is the major earner of the home..!!!
A widow, mother of 2, grand mother of 4.
But apart from all she is a true "Agriculturist..!!!
She owns a piece of land of her LATE husband..!!
i asked her when i click this shot?
What is the necessity to work in this age? You have son and daughter you can easily depend on them?
She smiled and replied.
No my boy this piece of land belongs to my husband...
Almost 40 years before my husband was dead. but everyday when my bare foot walking through this land , i feel i talk to my husband.. i shared lot of my happy mood, sad things in this place with this land...!! He is my GOD..
I love my husband naturally my land...!!!!
And she finally said..
now a days if you have a piece of land near by any highways in the country surely "you dont have peace of mind" yes the real estate brokers, multinationals, other powerful land lords keeping an eye on your land.. You are forced to sell it . or some times the crime will take place ....!!!
I don’t know what will Queen kannamma do? she will departed from her soul? or she prepare to sell her land??
As a photographer i clicked... but as a human being i could not walk after i heard the story of "QUEEN OF LOVE"
After all i can do i will pray for her...!!!!
God bless the agriculture land!!!
When i took this shot she was very tired.. From the early morning she’s doing the harvest by single handedly.. She is a brave woman...!!
CANON5D M II WITH 100-400 IS ZOOM HAND HELD SHOT!!!
I DEDICATED THIS SHOT TO ALL MY FEMALE FRIENDS HERE!!!!
I was lucky enough to have taken a ride with my husband a couple of days ago. We traveled across Kebler Pass. This well maintained dirt road goes from Paonia to Crested Butte. We returned home via Gunnison. It had been 39 years since we had made this trip. Things
change!!
We both love the ranch life and when I had the opportunity to take this shot of this ranch I couldn't resist. By the way, they were running Hereford cattle, yahoo!
I am not sure I like the composition, exactly, but every time I tried a crop I didn't like that as well, so I decided I would post and see if anyone had a better idea.
Thanks for looking,
Susan
Meet Dave
Some say he looks like Aaron Kwok. Some say he looks more like Edison Chen. The only consensus is that he is damn good looking and young, and he takes better pictures than Edison.
Sorry girls, but Dave is taken.
Shot from Daulatabad Fort, Near Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India...

Summer is here, and I am loving it. Beautiful light. Warm and dynamic.
A while back, I took a similar shot. I always like strong backlighted portraits, but it's always difficult to control the exposures. I think I did a better job this time.
Thank you Stephanie; with your sunglasses and big smile, the picture is filled with energy.

He should be old enough and wise enough to know that patience is a virtue.
Mondays are generally bad. This Monday is even worse than the others. Sandwiched between the internal conflicts of dumb clients, I have run out of patience and steam to find any motivation to work with an enthusiastic mind.
My first bite today came at 8:30pm.
