"Good news is that I truly out did myself this year with my Christmas decorations. The bad news is that I had to take him down after 2 days. I had more people come screaming up to my house than ever. Great stories. But two things made me take it down.
First, the cops advised me that it would cause traffic accidents as they almost wrecked when they drove by.
Second, a 55 year old lady grabbed the 75 pound ladder almost killed herself putting it against my house and didn't realize it was fake until she climbed to the top (she was not happy). By the way, she was one of many people who attempted to do that. My yard couldn't take it either. I have more than a few tire tracks where people literally drove up my yard."

For me, Christmas wouldn’t be complete without attending the annual concert of the world-renowned King’s College Choir, Cambridge. So here we are this year at the Barbican Hall in the heart of the City of London (the capital’s CBD), awaiting the arrival of the conductor.
The concert, as ever, was special and uplifting – and, as in the past, King’s were joined by the 150-strong Crouch End Festival Chorus, plus the Philharmonia Orchestra. The magical concert was conducted by Daniel Hyde, music director of King’s College Choir.
To all my Flickr friends and visitors, have a Happy Christmas, and I send you my warmest good wishes for the year ahead.
Christmas Eve Fireworks are as regular an event as we we can make them. Some years they are more extensive than others, but we generally manage at least a quick round of fire & sparks.

The Bobcat family came to visit again - this time just 2 days after Christmas. They sure are small. I guess it's a momma and two kittens. Sorry about the pole - the whole series captured the one behind the bird house pole. I'm going to try moving the trail cam. At our back gate ... that you can see in the recent snow picture of our backyard.
