Christmas All Year

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a red day at Color my world Daily and the theme at Macro Mondays is tradition. As we all know, Red Lady just finished to set up her Christmas tree. She is super late : usually the Christmas tree is up at the beginning of December but this year is an exception. This delay is caused by a total lack of christmasy feeling this year ( blame it on the pandemic… ). However, the Christmas tree is one tradition Red Lady wants to maintain at any cost ! Even if she has to set up the tree at the very last minute, 23h55 on December the 23rd, she will do it !
Have beautiful day my friends ! Mucho, mucho amor for you all !!
Shortly (next week), I will take few days off from Flickr my friends ! I want to spend some time with my family, so I will not have time to take pictures. But dont you worry, I will be back in 2022 for sure !
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!!
Snowing outside having some macro fun with Christmas ornament photography, hard to believe the holiday season is here.
This lovely plant used to flower just before Christmas but for the last 2 years it flowers much earlier many thanks for all views, faves and comments
One of the Christmas trees on display, this one is from (Highland Gardens) at Hershey Gardens, with the theme of cardinals. 🐦🐦 Seasons Greetings! 🎄
Thank you very much for your kind comments and visit, much appreciated!
Wishing all followers a Blessed festive season filled with joy, laughter and love. We are on our way to do some Bundu Bashing off the grid, wish me well between all the snakes and scorpions and hope I do not come across either, please. But on a serious note, be safe and see you all in the New Year. Love to all and thank you so much for your views, likes and comments, always so appreciated ♥♥♥♥
We waited all through the year
For the day to appear
When we could be together in harmony
You know the time will come
Peace on earth for everyone
And we can live forever in a world where we are free
Let it shine for you and me
There's something about Christmas time
Something about Christmas time
That makes you wish it was Christmas everyday
To see the joy in the children's eyes
The way that the old folks smile
Says that Christmas will never go away
We're all as one tonight
Makes no difference if you're black or white
'Cause we can sing together in harmony
I know it's not too late
The world would be a better place
If we can keep the spirit more than one day in the year
Send a message loud and clear
There's something about Christmas time
Something about Christmas time
That makes you wish it was Christmas everyday
To see the joy in the children's eyes
The way that the old folks smile
Says that Christmas will never go away
It's the time of year when everyone's together
We'll celebrate here on Christmas day
When the ones you love are there
You can feel the magic in the air
You know it's everywhere
Please tell me Christmas will never go away
Christmas Market at Love Square. Great for people watching. Street photography is one skill that I want to improve. I also may need a less obtrusive camera :-)

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas season. I have two more weeks of test so I will still be off. Thank all of you for your prayers and well wishes.
Christmas has arrived and as every year we surround ourselves with family and friends always with caution, but this year has been really hard, the pandemic does not give us a break.
I would not like to forget those who have left us this year, wonderful people who thanks to this hobby you realize that there are also good people.
Stay safe and enjoy Christmas. A big hug .Black (Happy Holidays)

Sometimes it's the smalllest of things and the smelliest that can really mess up a good plan.

What I’m seeing
What I’m hearing
Doesn’t add up to the season that I’m feeling
When the people that you love
Go slowly disappearing

With this photo, and despite the current situation we are living, I want to wish you all, that you spend with your families, happy holidays, a merry Christmas and have a prosperous new year 2022. A year that will surely be better than this one, full of happy moments and that all of us can portray those moments and take lots of pictures with our cameras. Thank you very much to all, for the favorites, the visits, have a Merry Christmas.
An unconventional Christmas Day for us this year...
We asked ourselves what we would we really.. really.. like to to do on the big day?
So naturally we grabbed the camera's and off we went
Little did we know that the best possible Christmas present wasn't going to be under the tree... It was actually going to be flying through the tree's!
Merry Christmas Mr Owl!
The Trier Christmas market has ended, while Christmas is just beginning. I wish you all a merry and peaceful Christmas and hope that you can celebrate without worries or fear!
Captured with Minolta MD 135mm f2.0 vintage lens.
This was shot at Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids. I used a preset filter in Topaz to make this look a little more creative look.
Thanks for views, comments and favs :)
