This one of the older decorations on our tree, but I love how the Santa face is smiling. Merry Christmas everyone. Enjoy the holidays.
This is a Christmas Tree worm. Up close to me they are one of the prettiest things you can see underwater. And they are usually everywhere. They find any opening in the coral and set up home. They can be skittish on approach and close up into themselves and disappear.
Dark chocolate with crushed gingerbread cookies, walnuts and raisins.

This is Unicorn Maiden, modeling the dress and headband set that will be the prize in the Winter Celebration photo challenge. There will be two identical prizes (the second one is currently under construction). Since the prizes will be mailed in January, I chose fabrics that would work for another favorite holiday of mine, Valentine’s Day!

Lovely decorated parcels that I spotted in one of our mall stores, they looked so pretty that I had to take some shots.
Most Orthodox traditions, including the Russian and Greek Orthodox and Ethiopian and Egyptian Coptic churches, celebrate the Christmas holiday on Jan. 6 and 7.
I just got back today (Jan. 7) from visiting Family and so I have a lot of catching up to do. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and holidays held at this time of the year. Truly hope everyone enjoyed ringing in the New Year 2015! I missed all the friends on Flickr and am glad to be back, even if late with my best wishes to all and the giving my Awards which I was not able to do while away.

Already I've put up two Christmas trees. It's been several years since I've even put up one. Well... wasn't my intention to put up more than one but the first one wasn't my favorite and if you're going to do something for the first time in a long while then DO IT RIGHT!
So now, to eliminate confusion in the future I've packed up the older tree and it's going to ReStore so that someone who might not have a tree will have a prettier one than the two that they had last week on their floor.
ReStore is a retail division of Habitat for Humanity. There's one fairly close to our home and we've been in it a few times recently and have donated several items that were still in good condition but we wanted something different in place of the ones we removed. They're a very generous organization that ensures homes to those in need that could not afford a house. This is our past President Jimmy Carter's favorite charity and he donates his time and presence often. My brother-in-law is a retired architect/builder who also donates of his time and knowledge to Habitat. Yes, I support ReStore - have several items going to them now.

Do you recognize this house? I'll give you a hint: It was in a very popular movie produced by Steven Spielberg. I'll hold off on the answer incase you want to guess. I thought this house would make a great Christmas house and so that's my take on it. I have used this as my Christmas card this year.
