It's Sunday, and no need to bake a cake - I've been given some nice Genoa cake that will last the week, I'm sure.
But I fancy a substantial dessert - "Apple pie, why not?"
Well, it's something new, so here it is, coming out of the air fryer.
Did some experimenting with my speedlight pro kit. Here I used the small softbox which gave a very nice shadow. I had to do some beauty retouching on the apple since I couldn't find one without to many scratches ;-)

It's been a hot dry summer but the apples are coming into their prime. My wife and I were out this morning at a local island U-Pick where my favourite apples, the Paula Reds, are ready.
