...I have to say that shortly after writing this letter, I will be taking part in a city attack. Do not worry for me my dear, I have the luck of my family. Keep the children safe, and remember, leave is always around the corner.
Loving you always Amanda,
Norman.
Major Norman put his pencil in his pocket, placed his finished letter in his envelope, sealed it and wrote on the back S.W.A.L.K. He then made a long drag on his pipe, to get the embers hot again as he sat on the little park bench. His coffee cooled gently to his side as he took in these quiet moments. Once more, a Ray was about to fight for Eur...
Marching noises startled him from daydeam. Looking to his left, he saw redcoats marching by. "Am I seeing things? Who's been spiking my coffee!" he roared but then saw the old South Essex standard walk by. A Company of his regiment, his family regiment was marching past.
A horse stopped on the side, the rider dressed in civilian garb. In one hand a flimsy sword, the other held a glass of something. The head turned and the Major couldn't believe his eyes. He recognised the face from the family paintings. "Sir Norman..."
The old man smirked the younger, raised his glass and pointed his sword onwards to the East.
KSSSSSSSSHHH
Major Norman blinked and turned his head to the company radio as it went mad, when he turned back the men were gone, only Lt Brown was visible. He spotted SgtMajor Smith and "Try Again Trev" walking towards him. Time was up. As the old man had said "The hunt was on!"

I worry about my cats at times. Bobo could just have gone through the wire but he went up and over. Hmmmmm...
A group of what can only be described as worriers of sheep, in fact one of the group is known to photograph sheep at every opportunity.
The local constabulary is currently building a case against this group and have asked me to document their movements to help the cps in there efforts. Their days are numbered. If you see this unruly mob, be warned , any clothing you are wearing containing wool products will make you fair game in their eyes. My advice is to wear manmade fibres only and not to act sheepish.
worry not everything is sound
this is the safest place you've found
the only noise beating out is ours
lacing our tea from honey jars
A great sword made from spare machinery parts the individual parts prove useless but when put together make a dangerous blade capable of wielding explosive power. The sword itself is a working machine
Submitted for Photo Friday. Theme: Meditation. This is photo 183.
Lighted from behind. The stone is actually a mottled green. The pink tones came from the paper which is white/grey under normal lighting conditions. I was pleasantly surprised by the "new" colour it gives off under halogen light.
When the winds come
Caroline is afraid.
I am not.
Yet, still I worry
for thunder is loud
and with it's loud boom it brings only
lights and rain.
Instead it should startle the rabbits
so that they could not run so fast.
Then I could catch them.
Many of them.
And leave their slaughtered bodies
on the carpet
to roll on later.

I don't really know what this is. It appears to be some sort of sticker for your phone if you're the panicky, worrying kind.

Rosey-May said she was worried , so she been sitting in the castle thinking. Then she rolled down a list and said
''This is me list of worry, I wrote it down, so could you tell me answer please?'
So guess I will have to do some explaining later, and no I didn't eat your cookie !
