We see a beautiful morning fresh with new possibilities to up our horsemanship game, and our equine bestie sees his friends loafing around in the pasture and grieves the ever increasing distance between his destination and his oats! Not to worry, Roanie, I foresee carrots in your very near future!

Don't worry it isn't my fishing boat...lol.....mine is safely stored in the garage for the winter. This photo was taken about 30 minutes prior to the photo "Heaven's Gate" .....just prior to the fog lifting to reveal a spectacular blue sky. Thankyou for all your wonderful congrats!!!

There's something about mushrooms that always makes me think of magic and fairies. Not seen one yet though... :-(
One of my recent in-camera monochromes with the helios lens, but given a slight creative twist for fun. (Produced by adding coloured pixel layers and using blend ranges to restrict the colours to just the highlights. With a bit of masking to get the colours where I wanted them. [The colours were purposefully kept really subtle, so don't worry if you miss them!] )

A comforting touch between two cheetah cubs because they had temporarily "lost" their mother when she was hunting. They called for quite some time (it felt like forever!), but then she responded and all ended well!
This image was captured in the wild in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.
The day lily, in the flower world, symbolizes forgetfulness, but the good kind.....forgetfulness of worries.
Tho I'm pretty sure that if I had only one day to live, I would spend most of it worrying.....

I always wonder about the people that once lived in these now abandoned places. It's sad to see the house empty and falling down but there is a haunting beauty in seeing nature reclaim it. As for the former occupants, I'm sure they have no worries now.
Good old Peggy's Cove...My favourite spot for an evening drive. I was hoping there would be some clouds, though. This time I was able to use my variable neutral density filter and try some long exposures on the water, though it wasn't quite dark enough, but for once I could use tripod hands free without worrying that the wind would blow it over, so sitting on the rocks at 1C didn't feel nearly as cold as many "warmer" days when I have been there with strong winds blowing.
Worry about what is going on in this world ........ this tragedy in Brussels .......... will it (n)ever stop?.....
