This is taken on our recent trip to Rome. I was walking towards the Vatican right at the end of a gorgeous sunset, and was waiting for the light to turn green and thought it would look great to capture the traffic driving by.

Soon after my youngest son was born my husband commented that is must be nice to be a baby, as no matter where you are your always home when your with your mother. I feel the sentiment is just as true in reverse.

Book Week is a time honored celebration to raise awareness among student the importance of books and literature. Throughout the five day celebration there will be lots of educational but fun activities such as poetry reading, story writing contests, arts and crafts projects, and a colorful costume parade where students wear their favorite book and comic character.

This week a group of us joined the 3harbours photo walk around Port Seton. There were htree parts to the walk-the harbour, Collegiate Church.and the Industrial Heritage museum at Preston Pans.

This is Wilma. Our 5 year old black lab mix. She used to be completely black. Now she has these white furs growing under her chin. A subtle reminder that she is getting older and no longer has that perfect black coat.
