I made this shot thinking about the last three points. I used my real legs because I need to feel the protagonist of this story ..., so I used a remote control.

Week Sixteen: As you see the caption, this is the last time i used our tripod :'( i want to do more long exposures :(( wanted to practice some landscaping :)) still the debate is on, what tripod to replace? benro? or manfrotto, tell me :))

One of my 12 resolutions for 2012 is to play more games with my family. My son will be 5 in a few weeks and now is the time to start those family game nights!!! Teaching him fun games, while secretly teaching him math or science is always fun! Plus, playing games as a family bonds us to eachother.
We laugh, get silly, get competitive and the most important thing- we are TOGETHER AS A FAMILY.

Spring flowers in my garden. Tried both zooming out and zooming in with varying results. This was the outcome I liked the best as the centre has lost definition by the zooming out, but gained intensity in colour, while the flowers in the periphery are still reasonably sharp.

This may seem to be a strange photo for the theme "music"... let me explain.
When Joel and I started dating in 2007 I heard a song on the radio that made me instantly think of him and just how different he was from any guy I'd ever met. It's been a song that comes back to my mind decently often since then and I always sing one line in particular thinking about how blessed I am.
The song is called "So Much Love" by Rocket Summer. The line that is the REASON I post a photo of Joel this week is "You've got so much love in you. You've got so much love in you. I'm amazed that I am talking to you. You look like the songs that I've heard my whole life coming true."
*sigh*
