The local Mexican restaurant at the end of our street goes all out for Halloween. We walked down for lunch with Jenny and Dani 15 minutes before they opened today, otherwise, it's a 45 minute wait to get in during this time of the year.

For the group 52 in 2013.

Woefully overdue for a belly shot. Totally missed the 35-week mark. Technically, I'm 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant here.

Last weekend we had snow and sunny weather with minus degrees and now we have sunshine and plus degrees and all the snow is gone. Crazy weather.

Week 21 - 26 May - 3 June

Was going through my archives this week and found this from almost a year ago. I decided to post this, because I haven't done much this week as far as photography for the week goes and I really haven't posted a nice black and white in a while. So here you go, took this in Sydney at the mall. More next week.

It wasn't all about Splash this week. ...Poor guy felt he needed to "act out" for a little attention. In his book, negative attention is better, than no attention at all. His idea of a toss pillow ...and my idea of a toss pillow are entirely different!

Splash fact #3 - LOVES belly rubs. For all his vibrato and constant motion...he's a bit like a shark...turn him over on his back and tickle his belly, he's sublimely comatose.

My first attempt at fireworks using the Bulb setting. They were quite far off in the distance. Wish they had gone on for longer though so I could have tried some more settings. Lots of fun!

Week 1: As we move into the New Year I once again finding myself making resolutions. This year its around getting back into shape. I'll enjoy these 3 Innis and Gunn because they may be my last for a while.

Jack Lambert, the toughest middle linebacker to ever play the game.

My all time favourite Steeler player.

"I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest. If you can't take it, you shouldn't play."

"The Steelers drafted guys who were bigger, stronger and faster than I, but they never found one who could take my job away from me."

"If I could start my life all over again, I would be a professional football player, and you damn well better believe I would be a Pittsburgh Steeler."

~Jack Lambert, 1990 HoF Introduction.

"He had no teeth, and he was slobbering all over himself. I'm thinking, 'You can have your money back, just get me out of here. Let me go be an accountant. I can't tell you how badly I wanted out of there."

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Week 2 beginning July 1, 2013 and ending July 5, 2013 was yet another great week at WGDC.

The second week of camp saw a some rain and hot temperatures but this did not stop the campers from having a great time! When it was not raining, campers stayed cool by swimming in the many pools we have on campus! WGDC welcomed the 'Science Explorers' for a fun and interesting assembly. To celebrate the 4th of July, the whole camp participated in the "All Camp Cookout". Camp was closed on the 4th of July to commemorate the holiday. Camp resumed on Friday with more summer fun activities such as rowing, arts and crafts, and so much more!

at Used Car Week Nov. 11-15, 2019 at The Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa in Las Vegas, Nev.

The second week of camp was so much fun and the hot weather didn’t prevent us from enjoying all the wonderful activities. To honor this week’s theme, “Celebrate America,” the campers enjoyed making hand print flag t-shits. Check online for really cute pictures. The children also decorated sandwich cookies with red, white and blue sprinkles. Yum!

This week in Ceramics, The Willows learned how to pound out the clay into circles to make their hand or foot prints. The children were excited to meet, Billy or Rosie, the ponies and all were smiling while riding. Also, the children continued to master their techniques in swimming and can’t wait to demonstrate their skills on visiting day next week. In Woodcraft, the children had fun painting and coloring their wall organizers, All the campers had a terrific time in Mini-Golf, Soccer, Dance, Gymnastics and Tennis and each child has found his/her favorite activities.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday July 11th for our visiting day. Remember to label everything your child brings to camp.

Have a great weekend!

Liam met with his friend the Chief of Police Roger and his assistant Doug. Roger explained that if Liam wanted to find the Dragon Wizard he would have to find his brother.

Roger also agreed to take Sally to her father, that way Liam could focus on the mission at hand.

Been thinking about capturing this for a while. Wanted to wait for the right sky, to go with the mood.

A little bit of paradise amidst all this awful rain and bad weather

So here I am posing next to a Ferrari in the Cameron Frye House (aka Ben Rose House). I think we all remember the scene of the car crashing through the window in Ferris Bueller Day's Off. I bought tickets for the Highland Park Housewalk. It was a bit disappointing in terms of organization but the houses were amazing. This shot as well as the others I took that day remind me why I need to buy a better camera, which I hope to do in the next week. Also, why I am doing that with my boots? Tyra would totally hate this pose for America's Next Top Model...she would say I look amputated. I'd have to agree.

Well its week 35 and I have hit a creative slump I think, really struggled with this weeks theme. I found this little guy (its an echidna) hiding on my shelf and thought he fit the theme. I am very proud to say that this is my first photo in Manual mode thanks to an online course I am doing. There is an outtake for the theme in comments, which I shot on a recent holiday.

the grandkids are growing fast!! they are all about 4lbs now...they're playing & personalities are developing. i'm SO in love!!

seems the only way i'm gonna get a group shot is to get them all sleeping...so here ya go! they got moved from the baby pool to the "big kid" box and are catching on to paper training very quickly!! :) such good puppies.

Services Week is the UK government’s annual event series to celebrate what we have achieved so far and take a look at the work ahead of us. As part of the cross-government event series, more than 85 events took place in more than a dozen locations across England and Scotland.

Between 3 to 7 February, local government, central government, devolved government, arm’s length bodies and parts of the NHS ran events. Thousands of public servants participated, either in-person or remotely.

The other night I was driving down 4th street and noticed thousands of geese in the water. I went back today as the sun was setting and took a some shots. If you'd like to see some video, click here.

Went to the skate park near Megan and Miah's house on Saturday, and spent the afternoon shooting a bunch of kids skating and showing off.

The 2 kids in this photo were playing a game of S.K.A.T.E.
