Liam met with his friend the Chief of Police Roger and his assistant Doug. Roger explained that if Liam wanted to find the Dragon Wizard he would have to find his brother.
Roger also agreed to take Sally to her father, that way Liam could focus on the mission at hand.
Been thinking about capturing this for a while. Wanted to wait for the right sky, to go with the mood.
A shower of sunlight shining down through the blinds and onto the windowsill . . . It was a nice sight to wake up to this morning.
I wish I could tell you that this is what it looks like when I look outside my window. Alas, I can not. We just got some more snow today, so scenes like this are likely three weeks away.
Well its week 35 and I have hit a creative slump I think, really struggled with this weeks theme. I found this little guy (its an echidna) hiding on my shelf and thought he fit the theme. I am very proud to say that this is my first photo in Manual mode thanks to an online course I am doing. There is an outtake for the theme in comments, which I shot on a recent holiday.
the grandkids are growing fast!! they are all about 4lbs now...they're playing & personalities are developing. i'm SO in love!!
seems the only way i'm gonna get a group shot is to get them all sleeping...so here ya go! they got moved from the baby pool to the "big kid" box and are catching on to paper training very quickly!! :) such good puppies.
Services Week is the UK government’s annual event series to celebrate what we have achieved so far and take a look at the work ahead of us. As part of the cross-government event series, more than 85 events took place in more than a dozen locations across England and Scotland.
Between 3 to 7 February, local government, central government, devolved government, arm’s length bodies and parts of the NHS ran events. Thousands of public servants participated, either in-person or remotely.

18 weeks along now. Very exciting times and she's showing more and more every day. Not really able to hide it anymore.
Went and got two halogen shop lights from Menards to start being able to do our own lighting. 500w from the left through a white sheet and a 300w reflected from the white side of a car windshield reflector on the right. Lighting on the cheep!

The Great Gig in the Sky inspired by psychedelic poster art. Doesn't really link to anyone's artwork so i'm not going to say that it does ("I took the purple from this persons work and the red as well. That's why they link")
10/52: Fishing for photos
June 3 - June 9
Had quite a big night on Saturday so wanted to take it easy on Sunday.. later on during the week, and without sleeping, I grabbed my fishing rod and headed out behind my apartment to the river in hopes to catch the elusive salmon.
It was tough, trying to take a picture.. especially with my inexperience and lack of "eye", but it was enjoyable, and I took heaps of different things. The grass with the blue river background was fun, but I often focus on the green and tried to find something different.
This was a rapid where my fish kept escaping my lure! So...
Snap.
This is what it is!
Had a busy week with friends, work and shows, but.. hay. It's up!
Live it up, all.
I just got back from my week away in Kuala Lumpur so I have a lot to upload. This one has been up on my website for a week but I forgot to upload it before I left.
This guy was hard to keep up with when I was trying to take this shot. I also had to get quite close since I was using a 35mm so I wonder if he knew how close I was behind him…
I think I've reached the end of the line with this particular maternity sweater. I actually heard it sigh with relief when I took it off at the end of the day. Damn dramatic sweater.
Day 5 tidbits from LG Fashion Week Fall/winter 2009 in Toronto including Carlie Wong, Evan Biddell and Lucian Matis
