This was last night's left-over so I brought it to work. Although I have a thing for plastic containers (food containers) . . . meaning I like them, I don't like to put my "meal" inside one of them. Huh? Maybe except for Rubbermaid's acrylic containers. Anyhoo, I seldom ever make this recipe only because it calls for 3 sticks of butter, 3 cups whipping cream and I think 3 cups of shredded parmesan cheese . . . not so much the cheese but dang the butter. I suppose I could make the healthier version but like I said, we don't have it often. I always put broccoli in this dish though ever since they kiddies were little . . . had to put them veggies in somewhere. :-)
Fry separately, onion and garlic, chanterelle mushrooms, baby tomatoes, beef and bacon bits, lightly boil peas and carrots. Bring everything together and warm through.

Last dinner with family in Hong Kong. We went to Tung Po, which was the busiest restaurant in the area. The food and service was super casual with up front chinese cooking. I had pretty high standards and unfortunatelyit was just okay.

On 30 December 2012, me and Martin had our Christmas dinner because we were not together on Christmas Day. It consisted of rollmops to start, then a stuffed turkey breast joint, roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables, Brussels sprouts, curly kale, wine, a cheese course and chocolate Yule log with ice cream for dessert.

This is the second roll with this developing method. I am pleased and surprised by the image quality in this myself. To make the most of this film image, 3200 dpi is not enough.
