my mum came to visit today. we went to CERES for lunch, and they were having an organic produce market. i picked up a few things to take home.
Prepared in just ten minutes but it tasted so good, i used lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, goatcheese, granny smith apple and some honey, it's worth a try!
Called 'Namul' very healthy!

even if the paprika is too big for the glass, it can make very interesting pictures.
Every drop splashed a full glass of water so i had a lot to do to keep my bathroom dry ;).
Most of your normal gins are based around the Juniper berry. Which is yummy and reminds me of hiking for miles and miles with Marc Moss in Yellowstone while we picked them straight off the plant and sucked on them for some flavor.
However, a Juniper berry is a fruit and wouldn't count for this week's theme (vegetable). That said, Hendrick's Gin has an infusion of Cucumber, which does count and actually makes this quite tasty and unique.

I had no idea they made purple eggplant! Just adding that to thelist of vegetables I don't like the taste but love the look of.
