A test to see the image degradation due to ISO increment.
Of course for a tutorial.
Look at original size the small violet bead on the left of the black cylinder, to appreciate the effect.

Light: full sun... and closed shutters.
Have fun trying the same with your own camera.

Naturalmente per un tutorial.
Per apprezzare l'effetto guardate in dimensione originale la perlina viola a sinistra del cilindro nero.
Ottica: SMC Pentax-M 50mm F1.7 a f:8
Luce: pieno sole... e persiane chiuse.
Divertitevi provando a fare lo stesso con la vostra macchina.

Fold the upper portion of the bag inward 1/4″. If your fabric is thick, you can iron it to stay flat.
Tikaf Viper did a series of tutorals on the BijoCam Construction System. [BijoCam is a prim-tool you can use to control how your avatar's camera sees the world.] You can view all three of the tutorials here. They were shot in the Skymall of NeoVictoria and they have kept the sets rezzed, so you can use them to learn the tool. Bring a friend, watch how they did it and make your own. Wonderbar!

Usually I manage to pull the eyelids apart from the eyes with my hands, but this one I had to use the screwdriver on. Again, you must have tape on it or you will scratch the eyeball. Just stick it between the eyelid and the eyeball on the right side.

1. Create image in Pixel Artist. (no longer in the AppStore for some reason)
2. Make a sketch in ToonPAINT.
3. Add paper look to original image in iStalin.
4. Use Grunge Rays filter in PhotoStudio on original image. Use hue to adjust color as needed.
5. Blend the iStalin image and the ToonPAINT image in Backgroundz.
6. Using the Grunge Rays image as a background and the blended ToonPAINT/iStalin image, spend the next few hours erasing.
7. Use Pic Grunger to add texture and border.

Exifer tutorial part 5 of 7: XnView uploading.
If you're not interested in GeoTagging your photo (see part 6), you're now ready to upload the photo to Flickr. There are several ways to do this, but the Flickr Uploadr app is my method of choice. Unfortunately, Exifer doesn't allow drag-and-drop into the Uploadr, so I use the basic Windows Explorer to upload several photos at once.
XnView also deserves mention because it is an incredibly handy, multi-OS, photo editing and organizing tool. It's not built to edit photos like Photoshop, but it's useful enough to allow me to crop and resize images (I used XnView, and Exifer of course, to create this whole tutorial). Note the handy EXIF/IPTC info on the thumbnails; there are too many useful features in XnView to list here! I carry it on my USB drive since it can run as a small (1.5 MB) standalone EXE file.
Please make general comments on the main set page. Specific comments can be added to each picture, as well.

Please join me on the blog today as I make up a simple, weighted blanket - commonly used for people with sensory disorders, those on the autism spectrum, and to help treat anxiety conditions.
This version is made in flannel and bound with a 1/4" double-fold binding. It weighs 4 pounds, with 6" channels, and measures approximately 39" by 51".
