Just trying to get a feel for where people could use some help. I figure I might as well share some of what I know. I started a tutorial a while back, but never got to finish it. I'd like to change that.

Using a hand needle and thread, tack the four points in the center down, making sure not to catch any of the points on the back of the square.

Grab your backing fabric and pin with right sides together. Now is the time to insert a ribbon loop for hanging, too!

 

Sew around the edge leaving a gap of about 3-4 inches. Turn right way out through this gap.

A quick tutorial. Here are the instructions in text only. (for copy purposes).

 

1) Create a new folder, name this to the item you brought.

 

2)Attach box to free slot and right click, choosing edit.

 

3) Go to the 'contents' tab of the edit menu and select everything in it (leave out unpack scripts if you want).

 

4)Drag the contents into the new folder and detach box.

Yes. first, start with a white/paint canvas or a corkboard :)

i used to paint so i have alot of canvases :) this is very light and good to use.

 

some fabric that cover the board and then some to fold on the back.

 

ribbons, buttons, needles, scissors and a stapler :)

Pin piece number two WRONG SIDE DOWN against piece number one. Make sure you have a 1/4" seam allowance overlapping into the pattern piece for number 2.
