The National Wallace Monument on Abbey Craig above the Carse of Stirling in Scotland was erected in memory of Scotland's greatest hero, Sir William Wallace, who, in 1297 at the Battle of Stirling Bridge defeated the English army and "sent them homewards to think again".

This mom Nutria has 3 juveniles, they are so fun and even mom is funny, let post few photos of her in a serie called one day / one Nutria. You can click on a photo to watch it with a better resolution.
ps : to my mind, Rodin made is famous sculpture after watching a Nutria

A light and agile battle tank, the Raptor is 23 studs long and finished! Sinc I last posted, I redesigned the hatches, moved the turret foreward, added mudguards, extended the skirt the full length of the treads, and reworked the front and back ends. I think I'm ready to move on, but this is one of those MOCs that will stay together a long time. Yay Tank!

I had the opportunity to spend a day recently wandering in and around the house and property that is Kuerner Farm, made famous by Andrew Wyeth. The hill you see in this image is the hill he used to walk over from his studio on the other side to get to Kuerner. I am not prone to being starstruck over famous people - I save being starstruck for real stars, the kind that hang in the sky - but I wish with all my heart that Andrew Wyeth had come walking over that hill that day.
It would have been nice to chat with him.
It's okay, though. I knew he was there anyway.

I think… One part is like a boat on a sea and somebody is trying to push it over, on this weird little account of drawing w/o any importance, it was s'pose to BE a flag, but now like the boat is going back and the water is taking over
There are times in life when you think about doing something with or for someone. But it seems easier to tell yourself that you'll do it tomorrow rather than just get it over with. But before you ever get around to whatever it was you were going to do, Life decides to jump the gun and make it impossible.
I always think about the times I should have called my grandparents, but forgot. Or the times I was going to hang out with a friend, but it never happened. Now neither of them are around for anything.
So whoever you're thinking about right now, pick up the phone and call them. Don't text. Let them hear your voice. Even if you just let them know that you were thinking about them. Don't let moments like this pass you by.

Shot it with both the Sony A7RII And Nikon D810! Which do you think is better?
The milkyway as seen from a Malibu sea cave at low tide! This cave can get a lot of water, and one can actually get trapped if the tide rises too far while you're in there! Especially if the waves are big! And trying to navigate your way out in the dark over slippery hidden rocks and waves can be tough! Saltwater is no friend to Nikon D810s nor Sony A7RIIs! :)

When we think about a dream or a wish, we often think about money, health. But what about freedom? Liberty is not less important than health or happiness, just think for a moment, will we be more happy or healthy if we don say what we want, if we don't think what's really happening, if we don't act like we do, if we are not us? Will we enjoy life then? Don't let anybody or anything or yourself turns you into a fictional reality, we're not robots, we are the actions of our thoughts. We are free to be free.
