The countries and territories participating in the scheme, and the number of places or certificates of
sponsorship allocated to them for 2013, are:
oAustralia - 35,000 places
oCanada - 5,500 places
oJapan - 1,000 places
oMonaco - 1,000 places
oNew Zealand - 10,000 places
oRepublic of Korea - 1,000 places (certificates of sponsorship)
oTaiwan - 1,000 places (certificates of sponsorship)
The applicants need to be between ages of 18 to 31 Years. Once the applicants have fulfilled the
maintenance requirement of £600.00 they are right away eligible to come to the UK. Please note
that UKBA has strict standards of acceptable documents, which if not provided can amount to
refusal.
This land was donated by the Diocese of Iligan. 200 families will be housed here eventually, but for now, they will live in temporary shelter.

We had roots that grow towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossoms had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.

In 2018, Grayson Perry RA and his committee of fellow artists handpicked over 1,300 artworks in an array of mediums.
The Summer Exhibition included a monumental sculpture by Anish Kapoor RA in the RA courtyard, while vast new works by David Hockney RA and Joana Vasconcelos appeared in the galleries. Artists Mona Hatoum and Tal R showed alongside Royal Academicians including Wolfgang Tillmans, Mike Nelson, Tracey Emin and Rose Wylie, and Honorary Academicians Bruce Nauman and Ed Ruscha.
