Since several people have asked, here's a picture of the temporary kitchen we've been using in the garage for the past two months. The racks were re-purposed from the old kitchen. Whereas they once provided some extra counter space, they are now the primary work surfaces.
On the left is the single induction burner that I got for zippo when I bought my range. It has served surprisingly well. If only the Gaggenau induction surface was available at the time, I'd have definitely splurged to get it! Oh, well, I'll have to "settle" for a 250,000BTU, six burner range with convection oven.

This was from a previous year - the word is gone but the planting, road, etc. are all the same.
Luckily we still had this large portable crate we bought for the dogs years ago. It has proven to be a great temporary coop, which will come in handy in the future.
We're looking after the chicks this weekend while Tim and Kellyann are out of town. Most of these birds are ours, but Tim and Kellyann have been kind and agreed to watch them until they are grown and our coop is built.

We figured the grey bar and girder will be removed once the rest of the ramp is attached. (and, indeed, Oliver confirmed with someone earlier that it will).

The performers will improvise a duet made entirely of the video clips. The sounds will come from the source videos. The performance will create a temporary temple for the audience. A focal point filled with celebrities, static and gods. Video content will be selected in a stream of consciousness style of editing, music concrete meets video cut ups inspired by Burroughs and Gysin.

La performance est nourrie de «dictionnaires» vidéos composés de symboles primitifs et d’archétypes universaux. Les participants improvisent un duo entièrement composé de vidéo clips. The road through the Habrouside/Strand reconstruction works was made two-way during the Easter school holidays, from Good Friday 29th March until Sunday 14th April. this eased the traffic flow considerably.
Drainage and kerbside work on the eastern side of Strand has also been partially completed, as has a loading bay - this was used as a temporary taxi rank during the two-way flow. Two sets of temporary traffic lights remained on site but were used to provide two temporary signalled pedestrian crossings at either end of Strand.
Apparently, the cost of labor is such that it's economically viable to make temporary tear-down fencing out of chiseled stone.
