"I'm feeling pretty good right now, but I hope we can just win the whole thing and I can run off into the sunset and say good-bye..."
Lost, yesterday,
somewhere between sunrise and sunset,
two golden hours,
each set with sixty diamond minutes.
No reward is offered
for they are gone
forever.

Went on a quick photowalk with my wife last night and captured this image of the sunset looking towards Wonderland road.
Over the better part of an hour I took several versions of this shot but decided on this one for the color. This was one of the last set of brackets I took. If you look closely you can see some light trails from the traffic.
3 exposures processed through photomatix and edited in elements.
Ebenezer Church Recreation Area is my favorite spot at Jordan Lake to catch a sunset, but for some reason, I had not done so since March. While tonight's sunset wasn't that spectacular, it was very calming with no clouds, wind, boats, or waves.
Tonight as I was coming back from the Wild Animal Sanctuary, the sunset was AMAZING! Since I had just left the lions and tigers, it felt like I was on the Serengeti. I uploaded a large size to use for wallpaper. Enjoy!
