I was really unsure whether to go out and try to get a photo of the sunset tonight with it being so cloudy, but in the end I decided that it was worth giving it a go - this was the result :-)

Hawaii sunsets are changing so fast. I suddenly turned around and found the sky behind me on "fire".
It is an amazing place on earth.
every port I go into there is always a sunset cruise and Broome is no different. as many people, tourists as possible are crammed onto a large catamaran, each paying X amount of dollars for a sardine can ride while I am sitting on my not so large catamaran enjoying the same golden sunset along side my wonderful MrJ and of course a light refreshment in hand. ;o)

After a futile attempt to get a sunset shot of NS #145 west of Decatur, I had to "settle" for this magnificent sunset shot.
Vai te embora pôr-do-sol e quando você percebe que ainda não chegou a viver os mais altos e baixos de sua vida? Mas se sente fortalecido e preparado como se tivesse uma tatuagem e tivesse o controle de sua própria vida. É bom se sentir fortalecido, porque vem uma avalanche por aí, é mais um dia que o sol se põe e os ratos saem da toca fazendo a festa. É uma noite calorosa com ventilador no quarto, até as noites são calorosas e os dias nem se falam, o calor vem junto com a ralação e os momentos de pico, mas quando vem à noite, tudo fica bem, no final tudo fica bem.
Originally shot from a plane somewhere between Kuujjuaq and Salluit in winter 2008, this remains my favourite sunset shot I have ever taken. We were flying between two groups of clouds when I took this shot. Reworked for ODT - sunset on August 13, 2011. SOOC except for the frame and the name.
