Sitting on the beach in her pink sweater, talking on her pink cellphone. I don't think, even with all her bright colors, she was enjoying the day much.

Battlefield Study: France - 4 May 2015 ¥ Notre Dame de Lorette - the vantage point from this site provides the geographical and physical relevance of the ridge, illustrating how it dominates the area. The memorial pays tribute to the memory of soldiers who died in the First World War. The 580,000 names are listed in alphabetical order, without any distinction for rank or nationality. Co-located in location is the French Army Cemetery, providing a powerful reminder of the extreme sacrifice of the French Army in this area. ¥ Cabaret Rouge British Cemetery - several Canadians killed in the area are buried this Commonwealth cemetery that has the remains of 7,650 fallen servicemen. It is named after a popular local cafe in the early days of the First World War that was destroyed by shell fire in March 1915. The colourful name lived on as a British communications trench and later as a cemetery. Cabaret Rouge has a close connection to the Canadian Army, as hundreds of Canadians who were killed at the Battle of Vimy Ridge in April 1917 were ultimately laid to rest here. This is also the cemetery from which the "unknown" soldier, now entombed at the National War Memorial in Ottawa, was exhumed. ¥ Ecoivers Military Cemetery - this is representative of Commonwealth cemeteries located in the Divisional rear areas, showcasing how close they were in relation to the battle. Twenty-eight Patricias are buried here. ¥ German Cemetery at Neuville-St-Vaast - illustrates that the Germans suffered heavily during the war as well. There are 44,830 soldiers buried in this war cemetery that was established by French military authorities between 1919 and 1923. A relief map is positioned at the cemetery entrance to provide a visual perspective of the terrain. ¥ Bois Carre British Military Cemetery - There are more than 500 fallen from the First World War buried in this cemetery, including 26 Patricias -- many of whom were killed on 9 April 1917.¥ 3rd Division Monument - th
Case Study “Forging”:
The wrench I will be evaluating is about .12 meters long, and about .005 meters thick. It is made out of steel and it weight no more than 0.4 kilograms. The manufacturing process used to build this wrench was forging.
In general, wrenches are drop forged in order to create a tool that will be used to provide torque. Wrenches need to be powerful, strong, stiff, and light. As stated before, the wrench was made from steel, and through research I was able to discover that most ‘’good’’ wrenches are chrome plated in order to resist corrosion, although I do not think mine has that.
As stated before the primary process used to create the wrench was drop forging. Because it’s steel, it was built while the material was very hot. After being drop forged, the size of the head and tail was machined to the right size and tolerance while getting rid of all the residue left from forging.(probably with a mill). To finish the piece, it was polished to give it a smooth surface. The handle of this wrench contains the wrench’s information, which was also drop forged in order to be more easily recognized.
Wrenches could be produced in many other ways such as sand casting, molds, and other ways but the problem is that the wrench would not be as strong as when forged. Forging also seems a less complicated way to build the piece, allowing workers to produce more pieces at the same time.
I would guess that these wrenches are produces at a very high rate, wrenches are one of the tools most people are likely to have in their homes, so I would guess that a company builds at least a few thousand daily. In addition, these tools are used by companies all over the world, so the demand for them must be high.

that is, if you consider "sleeping" as keeping me company.

Modeled after the United States Military Academy at West Point, NMAA is a four year school designed to produce officers for the Afghan National Army. The most recent class graduated 212 lieutenants in March 2010 and was only the second class to graduate since the academy opened five years ago. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
