Weather outside is just amazing, to hot to go. So what can i do ? Take a bottle, a glass drink some lemonade and let search an occupation. Subject is just under my eyes. So let's go. Fill the bottle with water and a few liquid soap, the same for the glasses, hummm yes the plant. Nice !
Put the strobes, arange a good setup and let's go shooting.

Informations :
sb800 at 1/4 power with blue gel to lit the backdrop.
S900 subject left 1/8 power into lastolite softbox
sb28 subject right behind a white paper sheet 1/8 power
triggered with cls.

Annars var ég veikur í dag og ákvað að stytta mér tímann og leika mér með flass.
Myndin er lítið sem ekkert unnið.
Var með myndavélina á þrífót og notaði fjarstýringu.

A strobe light helps illuminate the crown formed from a drop of milk splashing down onto a surface. I really hope that isn't real milk though, or the museum staff will have a nasty time trying to clean the exhibit.
I am so inspired by Tony, Diaz, Ben(and many more) works with potraits and I decided i will make my own light strobe.
I want to learn how one can play with light. In 3 hours, 50Rs(1$) i constructed my own strobe, with 30 degree spread.
Construction:
I took a stiff base, 6 X 6 inch.
Then i did a wire base of 6 X 6 and 12 X 12 inch on top and wire support to stand.
Then added some cardboard cutting according to the shape at the sides.
Then took available white plastics so as to reflect the light(may even try with aluminium foil at sides).
Next, i will try different color plastics and different bulbs to get various intensity and spread...
