Wyatt is a young, playful, energetic dog who desperately needs a home! He is very sweet and loves people. He is fine around other dogs if the dogs like to play. He has a "big hello" so he would overwhelm a shy or submissive dog - but he truly just wants to play! All of his energy is good natured and goofy - no aggression. He is eager to please and learns quickly. He is great in the home - housebroken and a good boy if left alone. He needs daily exercise to keep his thin legs strong. He’s a wonderful walker, hiker and loves short runs of a couple miles. We also suggest easy stretching exercises for treats to keep him happy and healthy. He is a wonderful dog!

Day 83
First day of camp today. I picked up Phil from his house and headed up to Elanda Point, a journey of about two hours. We got there well before most people. I had lunch with one of the tutors, Jo Hamilton (in the photo).
We had a bit of a problem later on in the day when the technical staff arrived. One of them had been complaining about coming, in a joking kind of way, in the preceding weeks. I had suggested he not attend if he didn't want to but he came anyway… with, it would seem, a very bad attititude.
He was very rude to a few people and quite threatening to me, which was very unprofessional and quite unacceptable. I told him to leave but then cooled down and gave him a second chance. He was as quiet as a lamb (for someone who could talk under wet cement) for the rest of the week. After this the next seven days should be plain sailing…
…Except I managed to hurt my back lifting things out of the car. Stupid but there you go. I don't think I was lifting incorrectly but who knows. Very uncomfortable for the rest of the day and getting to sleep was difficult on the ground even though I have a foam mattress. My stretching exercises helped though.
Someone had mentioned this might be a Goshawk, but I think Ryan is correct that this is a Cooper's Hawk. I was thrilled that he let me get close enough to snap several pix. He even let me watch his feather stretching exercises.

This is the path in my local park. I was doing some stretching exercises one day and looked at the path upside down and thought there was definitely a "wide angle" photo opportunity here.

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a kind of jaw muscle disorder, which is the set of conditions causing dysfunction and pain in the muscles and jaw joints that function the jaw movement. This is most common in men. Most people suffer this without any specific reason for it.
A variety of common symptoms are considered to be linked to TMJ disorders. The very common symptom is a pain in the jaw joints or chewing muscles. Few other symptoms include:
• Jaw muscle stiffness.
• Pain in the jaw, or neck.
• Earache or ringing in the ears.
• Changed upper and lower teeth fit.
• Movement limitation or jaw locking.
• While opening or closing the mouth, painful grating, clicking, or popping in the jaw joint.
