I decided to take some time of my day to just relax. I turned some soothing music on (Enya, to be exact), and just did some stretching exercises. Since I don't know how to do yoga, I improvise haha. I ended up falling asleep on my floor, so I'm guessing it worked :)) definitely made me feel great, I'm so doing this more often!
So today I had to actually cook my own lunch for the first time (yes, I'm completely spoiled). To my surprise, it actually turned out pretty good. Nothing burned or exploded, so that's also a good thing.
My parents should be home in about an hour and a half. I cleaned up and made them some dessert.
Tonight is the night I have waited for… for almost all year.
I am off to se Dillinger Escape Plan.
I was meant to shoot hem today, for an article in Jmag… but they pulled out… siting that they needed time to groom their awesomeness.
The time constraints and meeting obligations have left me a period to take a rather lacklustre shot.
This was me, right before I left for the gig.
The noise in my room… was unbearably loud.
I even did 20 stretch exercises….
You better not see me in the slam circle.
Really, I should be to old for this shit.
But, Fuck it!

My sources tell me nancy underwent strenuous facial exercises to prepare her to lie to the public without blinking. Other exercises which we cannot mention in this forum were designed to teach her how to "ram" things down peoples throats.
We went out again to see if the Snowy Owl decided to stick around after our 17 inch snow fall in the Forreston area. Sure enough Snowy was in the area though way out in the cornfield so good shots were hard to come by as was good lighting. Now I’ve seen this owl four times and had not yet seen her fly and it was looking like a I wasn’t going to see it fly again. However, someone produced a mouse, threw it into the field and all of a sudden there was major movement in the field. Now had I known that someone was going to through a mouse I’d have grabbed my hand held 300mm for some quick action shots. Instead I had to move the 600mm on the tripod very fast, hence why some of the shots take more than the full frame, not cropped as she was too close, but who’s complaining. I was able to finally get this young lady to fly, now for some sunny shots! 2-05-11

With the foundation firmly established, Travis now gets into the actual training routines. The movements are organized into three categories: 1) mid-range power exercises; 2) fully stretched exercises; and 3) peaked contraction exercises. Squats, chins and dips are the first exercises he suggests for building big back and shoulders . None of these are traditional exercises but Travis says they're among the best movements you can do for the biceps.. These movements stress and stimulate the entire body, which means bigger gains everywhere.
In the remaining 100-plus pages Travis gets into the movements that make up the building big back and shoulders program. I really like his detailed exercise descriptions and the fact that he also includes information about common mistakes to avoid throughout the book. The exercise descriptions are accompanied by photos showing the proper way to perform the movements. He also includes plenty of suggested routines for you to follow.

I never was a fan of that steering wheel or how the shifter was set practically in line with where my toes were. You're basically doing stretching exercises every time you shift. It got old.
