This video was taken on 12th Sept 2010 to show that the engine still works.

Drive belt was removed for this video, so I could show it working stationary.

Owned by Gordon McLean, this 30HP Waterloo steamer was built in Waterloo, Ontario in 1914 & did most of its work on Smith Mills of Chinook Valley. There were only 8 of this model of which only 2 remain in existence. Classfied as a simple engine it carries 150 P.S.I. & is another attraction at the South Peace Centennial Museum

Bittern hauling a charter 'The Cathedrals Explorer' north to Perth. At Perth changed for 'Tornado' which made an un timetabled run behind Bittern and so missed it. Ditto on return south when Tornado 60 mins ahead of published schedule
