Today we chased a train, a steam engine that was doing a round trip excursion from Birmingham AL to Parrish AL. Very cool to see.
On display at the Anthracite Heritage Museum is this pristine single cylinder stationary steam engine.
This is what works in my son's machine. I have no idea what the tolerance spread on these machines is. Measurements in mm.

Model Die Casting. It came with a homemade tender. I replaced it with a vintage cast MDC tender, like it was supposed to have.

I have taken this Pic with my Mamiya C33 with several Lenses from 55mm to 250mm.
I have used a AGFA PAN 100,expired since 1993 and developed in Rodinal 1+50. Scannend with Canon 9000 F and VueScan.After scanning i have processed with LR4 and CS2.
The weather sucked, but the colder than average temperatures really enhanced the effect of the steam clouds, so I guess I can't complain too much.
