Funny how light can sometimes be warm and cool and reach a stage where they are quite different and distinct just how it was here.

I was hoping to show my first image with a new Canon 5d Mark 3 body. However, because I shoot all my images in RAW, my version of Lightroom 3 could not identify the new DNG files produced by this new camera body. Damned annoying. Apparently when they introduced Lightroom 4, they stopped supporting the previous version, so any new camera body that came out needed downloads to convert the RAW files. So having downloaded all the new stuff, I still can't access my new 5d files via Lightroom3. So you then have to download a DNG converter from Adobe, what a bummer ................Drat and Double Drat

Anyway this was taken with my old 7d that I took along as a backup, thankfully

This photo was so DARK I really had to reach down into the shadows to bring ANY detail out but it is field grass(cattle fodder) .. there's a tiny storage shack on the left rise (near horizon) a few trees and that's about it .. but the sunset is/was gorgeous .. why it pays to wait till AFTER the sun has gone completely down.
