Sometimes just exploring your own yard creates interesting photographic opportunities.

I have been known to take great leaps of faith and do things that a lot of people wouldn't be courageous enough to do, never knowing what the outcome will be. This has been my life and probably always will be.

Sometimes the simplest of things make for a good capture. This little bloom was at the rear of my property.
Taken a few winters ago when it was very cold, which is a rare occurance for this part of the world...

E' la notte.
Sempre lei.
Questa confusione di gente, incontri, alcool e serate.

E' la notte.

Sometimes known as Green Planthopper, Limegreen Leafhopper, or Torpedo Bug, this sap sucking bug in the Flatidae family is native to Australasia and has become established throughout New Zealand. The fluffy tailed nymphs have red markings which only remain as a row of red dots around the edge of the adult wing.
Sometimes this area can be so calm. Then the reflections are marvellous. The water was slightly rippled this day but the light shining through on to the bottom of the pool, was very interesting.
